Torian (the "Service") is operated by Adrian Munishi ("we", "us", "our"), an individual seller. By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Adrian Munishi.
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Torian is a web application that helps learners organize subjects, tasks and study sessions. Access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.
You must be of legal age in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity taking place under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You agree that you will not:
All rights, title and interest in the Service — including the software, design, documentation and branding — remain the property of Adrian Munishi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have chosen. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of acceptable use. If your access ends, you may export your data within a reasonable period before it is deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where this cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the seller is established, and the competent courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
